Payroll & HRIS Specialist This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning payroll, working within HR systems, and supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring accurate biweekly payroll, supporting an HRIS transition from UKG Pro to UKG Ready, and partnering with HR on onboarding, benefits, and employee support. Why This Role High-impact role with ownership of payroll and HR systems Opportunity to support an HRIS transition and expand technical skill set Stable, fully onsite position with competitive compensation Exposure to multiple areas of HR in a supportive, team-based environment Key Responsibilities: Own and process biweekly payroll with a high level of accuracy and accountability Manage HRIS functionality (currently UKG Pro, transitioning to UKG Ready), including data entry, imports, audits, and reporting Support HR generalist functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations support Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll, benefits, and HRIS-related question Maintain data integrity across payroll and HR systems Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with HRIS platforms (UKG experience strongly preferred) Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and data imports Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust as needed Location: Fishers, Indiana Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (based on experience) #INFEB2026
