Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Monitor quality processes through part measuring to meet and exceed customer expectations.Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement and evaluate improvement concepts, taking corrective actions to support FST's sustainable success.Optimize Testing Methods: Determine the best test methods, including measurement approaches, equipment, and techniques for flawless production.Provide Quality Recommendations: Offer guidance on quality approaches for outlier cases, initiate and monitor corrective measures, and lead discussions to prevent recurring non-conformities.Support Supplier Quality: Plan, perform, and document internal and external audits to ensure FST is served by capable suppliers.Maintain High Standards: Ensure suppliers meet quality standards through assurance, concept development, and sampling, delivering the best to our customers.Define Quality Approaches: Establish methods to measure quality performance and problems, defining the scope of testing for initial sampling to promptly react and avoid waste.Qualifications:Industry-relevant professional experienceRelevant certifications, system experience, and trainingProfessional-Level English language skills preferredCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations.
