BRING HOME THE BACON As an Operations Shift Leader, you will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and support the management team to ensure every shift runs flawlessly. You’ll be key in mentoring team members through performance and training initiatives, always aiming to provide exceptional customer service that keeps our customers coming back for more. To qualify for this exciting role, you should: Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience Have strong examples of delivering exceptional customer service Be at least 18 years old Be eligible to work in the U.S. Not sure if your experience is the right fit?
