Full-Time, onsite position for stability and hands-on leadership On-Demand Pay: Access your earnings when you need them Full compensation and benefits package for full-time employees 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Recognition & Rewards: Referral bonuses and a supportive team that celebrates your contributions What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of up to four community-based programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team—managing hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance to build a culture of excellence. Champion program planning and delivery, making sure services are engaging, consistent, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, advocate for those you serve, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Take an active role in financial management, safety, and maintaining welcoming, well-run environments. Be available on-call to support your team, provide coverage, and ensure seamless program operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ related experience in Human Services preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Any required training, licensure, or certification per state or regulatory guidelines. Valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communicator and relationship builder with a compassionate, reliable approach.
