The business evolved from a New York boutique into a digital-first brand focused on fit, style, and customer experience.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to own and execute paid social campaigns while supporting influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and influencer platforms.You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimizing performance, and scaling acquisition through paid social and partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social (Primary Focus)Own day-to-day execution of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaignsLaunch, test, and optimize campaigns across:Prospecting (broad, interest, lookalike)RetargetingAdvantage+ / ASC campaignsMonitor and optimize KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOVConduct A/B testing across:Creative (UGC, statics, video)Copy and hooksAudience segmentsCollaborate with creative team to develop high-performing ad conceptsAnalyze performance trends and provide actionable insights weeklyInfluencer & Affiliate MarketingManage influencer campaigns via platforms like Rakuten and LTKIdentify, recruit, and onboard influencers aligned with brand positioningTrack and optimize affiliate performance (ROAS, revenue, commissions)Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign briefsBuild long-term relationships with high-performing creatorsOrganic Social SupportPost and schedule content across Instagram and other channelsEnsure consistency between paid and organic messagingSupport content calendar planning and trend integrationQualifications3-4 years of hands-on experience in paid social (Meta required)Proven track record managing performance-driven eCommerce campaignsExperience with influencer platforms like Rakuten and/or LTKStrong analytical skills (comfortable with data, reporting, and optimization)Familiarity with Shopify and GA4 is a plusStrong communication and organization skillsPassion for fashion, swimwear, or eCommerce brands preferredWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently hitting or exceeding ROAS and CPA targetsScaling paid social spend efficientlyBuilding a reliable influencer pipeline that drives incremental revenueContributing to a strong, consistent brand presence across paid + organicNice-to-Have (Differentiators)Experience scaling DTC brandsUGC creative strategy experienceFamiliarity with TikTok Ads or YouTube ShortsExperience working with fashion/apparel brandsGoogle Ads experience a plusWhy JoinHigh-growth eCommerce brand with strong product-market fitDirect ownership over performance channels (real impact)Opportunity to build both paid social + influencer ecosystemCollaborative, fast-paced environment
