This role is heavily focused on outbound sourcing, pipeline building, and market mapping, partnering closely with recruiters to deliver qualified talent.ResponsibilitiesProactively source and identify candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databasesConduct outreach to both active and passive candidates through messaging, email, and callsScreen candidates to assess basic qualifications, interest, and alignmentBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsUtilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover top talentPartner with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesTrack and manage candidate activity within the ATSPromote TBG's brand and opportunities in the marketRequirementsBachelor's degree preferredStrong communication skills (written + verbal)Naturally proactive, persistent, and resourcefulComfortable with outreach and high-volume candidate engagementAbility to manage multiple searches and prioritiesTech-savvy (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Microsoft Office)Coachable, driven, and motivated to learn recruiting fundamentalsA Sourcer finds the talent.
