Work Coordinator This is a full-time, temporary role that will start out with an hourly pay range between $22 - $28/hr to start. Responsibilities: Coordination of permit processing Schedule and follow-up of post-installation inspection Warranty paperwork processing Assist in the scheduling of parts pending jobs Notary Coordinates workflow of the office Accounting and billing updates Prepares and handles all correspondence Receives and responds to customer inquiries Vendor liaison Records Administration System Queries Answer Phones Filing Computer Proficiency Data Entry Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Strong analytical, organizational, time management and project management skills. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to analyze problem situations and present appropriate solutions. Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and setting priorities. Self-driven and demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and displays initiative. Ability to learn, adapt quickly and commitment to teamwork. Proficient/ advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
