Sr. Material Coordinator - Weekend Shift

Sr. Material Coordinator Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Faribault, MN. We are seeking candidates for Sr. Material Coordinator roles to work on a weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) from 5:00am to 5:30pm. Compensation for these opportunities is $27.00 per hour. What you will do as a Sr. Material Coordinator: Function as the backup cube truck driver Clean, restock, and organize the warehouse area Ensure timely and accurate material handling delivery according to the needs of your production stakeholders Help to define, improve, and uphold process standards Understand and execute all types of material transactions using Epicor (ERP) Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which are necessary to properly operate the equipment and manufacture the product Comprehend and act on a production schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Operate various powered industrial vehicles within the plant Read and understand job travelers, pick lists, and system-generated workflow assignments Perform other projects and duties as assigned What you need to be a Sr. Material Coordinator: High school diploma Class D or higher license with a DOT health card and good driving record 2 years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment, or proven knowledge and understanding of material handling best practices Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect raw materials Experience using an ERP system Strong communication, interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment Ability to multitask and set priorities Outstanding attention to detail, organizational and coordination abilities Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English Join this manufacturing team in Faribault by applying today!
