Required Skills: Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience Proficiency in providing epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks Strong OB experience, including VBAC/TOLAC Ability to perform both supervised and unsupervised anesthesia procedures Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Comfort with pediatric and adult patient populations Nice to Have Skills: TEE certification or cardiac case experience (not mandatory) Experience supporting Unsupervised care models Flexibility with shift hours and call responsibilities Ability to efficiently manage emergent and elective cases Preferred Education and Experience: Active Minnesota RN license with CRNA certification Prior experience in both hospital and outpatient settings Proven capability to handle weekend and evening call rotations Other Requirements: Respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes; on-site sleep rooms available if needed Willingness to float between facilities (Owatonna and Faribault) Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety protocols This exciting opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $218.59, with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), generous referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and travel reimbursements where applicable.
