Locums - CRNA (Float Pool) - Faribault & Owatonna, Minnesota Start Date: February 9, 2026Contract Length: Ongoing Schedule & Coverage Regular: Monday-Thursday (elective cases)Fridays: Emergent only - typically C-section and possibly one additional caseShift Length: 8-hour days + callCall Requirements (mandatory):Overnight & weekend callWeekend call: 7:00am - 7:00amPM call: 3:30pm - 7:00amAll call is beeper call; 30-minute response timeSleep rooms provided at both sitesFloat Expectation: Providers must float between Faribault and Owatonna (20 minutes apart)Full-time availability strongly preferred Clinical Details Location Model Notes Owatonna Supervised 1 MD on-site (not on call) Faribault Unsupervised Must be a strong independent CRNA Case Types: General & OBSkills Required:Strong OB experience mandatoryVBAC/TOLAC experience requiredEpidurals and TAP blocks required for callSpinal & peripheral blocksPEDs, ENTNo cardiac surgeries performed at either locationTEEs & cardioversions done by cardiologist - CRNAs do NOT perform TEEs Patient Population Adults & Pediatrics Support Faribault: Unsupervised model - strong independent CRNA neededOwatonna: Supervised model; physicians available for assistance Requirements Active Minnesota CRNA License - required for quick startBoard Certified (NBCRNA)ACLS & BLS RequiredMinimum 1 year of experienceEMR: Epic Do you know someone that might be a good fit?
