Job Details: Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Weekly Pay Rate: $2320- $2560 Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and management to the nursing staff. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Oversee patient care planning and ensure quality standards are met. Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel. Monitor and maintain nursing budget, supplies, and resources. Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN). License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of nursing management or Director of Nursing experience in a healthcare setting. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
