Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality emergency care in a critical access hospital environment. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly assess, prioritize, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma cases while collaborating effectively with the emergency department team. ? Must-Have Skills: ? Active California RN License ? Strong Emergency Department nursing experience ? Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced emergency settings ? Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills ? Strong communication and teamwork abilities Experience Required: ? Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience ? Experience in acute care and trauma response preferred Key Responsibilities: • Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care needs • Administer treatments and medications as ordered • Initiate emergency resuscitative measures as needed • Perform EKGs, IV starts, blood draws, and related procedures • Monitor patient responses and communicate abnormal findings • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams • Provide patient and family education • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR • Follow infection control and patient safety standards CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 296195.
