The Recruiting Coordinator will lead recruitment and workforce pipeline initiatives funded through the Capacity Building Grant, managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting the development of training pathways into the organization. In collaboration with the Partnership Development Director and HR, the Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate student training placements while recruiting for allied health positions across the organization. Assist in filling allied health positions across the organization. Develop candidate pipelines for high-demand positions through outreach and sourcing strategies. Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiting Coordinator maintains accurate candidate tracking and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system. Assist the Director in coordinating internship, externship, fellowship, and student placement opportunities across departments. Assist with onboarding and documentation requirements for students and trainees participating in placement programs. Track and report data related to student placements and workforce pipeline initiatives as required by grant reporting. The Recruiting Coordinator participates in outreach activities such as career fairs, campus events, and workforce development initiatives as needed. Maintain recruitment records and documentation in accordance with HR and grant compliance requirements. Assist with recruitment metrics tracking and workforce pipeline reporting. Support special projects related to recruitment, workforce development, and training initiatives. Experience and Skills Education & Experience BA/BS in business, human resources, social services, public health, communications, or related field. Minimum of one year in recruiting, preferably in healthcare, two years' experience in human resources SHRM/ PHR preferred Proficient in the use of social media and job boards Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and use of databases Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, HRIS, Time & Attendance, and web-based applications Evidence of strength in sourcing, recruiting, and developing social engagement or talent pools Demonstrates "best practice" techniques for recruitment Hourly Rate: $24-30/hour
