About the Job Facilities Maintenance Technician wanted. Full time Please note this is not an entry level position. This career is ideal for those that enjoy working in different trades each day, and driving to different locations throughout the day. Work may include: Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and general repairs. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to addressing issues is necessary. Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials, work in various environments, and perform physical tasks related to maintenance work. Will communicate with the office staff using email and phone/text. Must have clean valid drivers license. Our company will provide a work van and all tools necessary to complete the jobs. Must maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of company vehicle. Background check to be conducted after job offer as necessary for client approval.
