Treasury Operations Specialist

The Treasury Operations Specialist is responsible for planning and monitoring payments within the framework of Crestline's control environment. This includes providing guidance and oversight to Treasury staff.Treasury/Banking Functions - Ensure that:Tasks are completed within deadlines and all members contribute evenly to team objectivesPolicies and procedures remain current, shared and followed in all respectsSegregation of duties is maintained and access to systems is appropriate for each roleBank accounts are reviewed regularlyWires and ACH's are processed timely and accuratelyProper documentation of transactions is retainedNew hotels are onboarded with bank account and credit card functionalityPreferred Qualities:Effective communicatorIndependent problem-solverMotivated by the importance of accuracyPursues best practicesValues professional developmentVersatile with technology and toolsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree from an accredited University/College and three (3) years of related experience preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the above skills, knowledge and abilities.
