Please apply.If interested, please apply and email your resume to Carey@About the RoleA top-producing luxury real estate advisor is seeking a highly engaged, proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a true right hand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys bringing structure, follow-through, and consistency to a growing business.This is not a task-only admin role. The right person will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks, allowing the advisor to stay focused on clients, relationships, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary administrative and operational support for a luxury real estate advisorManage inboxes, scheduling, and daily prioritiesCoordinate client communication, including:Regular listing updatesShowing summariesMarket/stat reports and structured follow-upsSupport listing preparation and execution:Coordination with internal tools and external vendorsAct as liaison with third-party partners (website provider, marketing vendors, internal systems)Maintain organized systems and workflows to ensure execution of scheduled tasksProvide occasional licensed support (showing property, assisting clients) if licensedIdeal Candidate ProfilePrior experience supporting a real estate professional, executive, or high-level business ownerStrong organizational skills with excellent follow-throughComfortable working in-office and collaborating closely day-to-dayCalm, professional communicator with sound judgment and discretionAble to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of detailReal estate license strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)Experience with CRM systems, marketing coordination, and vendor management is a plusWork EnvironmentIn-office role based in Evergreen, COCandidates commuting from Golden or Lakewood encouraged to applyInitial in-office presence is important to learn the business and build trustFlexibility may be earned over timeIf interested, please apply and email your resume to Carey@ and we will follow up with an interview request and a DISC assessment.
