Location: Everett, WA 98204/Renton, WA 98057Duration: 06 Months, possible extensionShifts: 1stOnsiteJob Description:Administers Human Resources programs, systems and processesProvides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategiesResolves or refers HR cases on attendance, employee corrective action, and various HR process/product questions from employees and managersContributes to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service deliveryAids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes, significant time on case management for attendanceWorks closely with HR COE's to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., attendance, case management), and to support the delivery of programsUtilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support providedDevelops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policiesSkills needed:1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processesExperience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partnersExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Workday and/or ServiceNowExperience with HR case management tools and topicsExperience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final productExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication styleExperience with Tableau and reporting toolsEducation / Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
