Position Overview Escalade's internship program offers a hands-on, fast-paced experience designed to provide real-world exposure across a variety of disciplines. Key Responsibilities Support department projects and meet assigned deadlines Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners Participate in department meetings and team initiatives Learn company systems, processes, and best practices Contribute fresh ideas and support continuous improvement Required Experience Incoming Sophomore, Junior, or Senior Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Self-motivated and eager to learn Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship Why Escalade?
