Order Entry Representative Koch Air, LLC has been focused on the distribution of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is among the oldest and largest Carrier distributors. Today, Koch Air, has eleven branch locations, 35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest. Purpose To successfully meet our customer equipment order requirements through proper understanding of order entry and of inventory procedures/policy. Responsibilities Assist Sales Team in maintaining current, complete, organized job files; notify salesmen of any discrepancies that cannot be corrected by the order department. Answer phones in a professional manner. Review and process customer orders from sales. Monitoring orders to ensure proper signatures, special information, and all required paperwork is supplied. Review margins upon order entry and question those not within published guidelines. Ensure all codes and quote information has been loaded into for proper claiming. Takes proactive measures at initial order entry to ensure accuracy of all orders. Maintains pricing as required by branch. Keep current on all credit requests. Resolve disputes within 2 weeks of notification of dispute. Take proactive measures at initial order entry to ensure accuracy of all orders. Assist with inventory report. Perform all duties in accordance with Koch Air and Koch Enterprises Code of Conduct, Values, Ethics, Environmental, Safety, and Human Recourses Policies. Minimum Qualifications and Key Skills 1. High School degree or equivalent; college degree preferred, but not required. 2. Related experience desirable. Minimum 2 years complex customer service experience. 3. Ability to use PC, Microsoft Office suite proficiently. 4. Ability to problem solve in a positive manner. 5. Ability to understand customer requirements and manage the customer relationship. 6. Ability to proactively manage time and priorities.
