Collections Specialist

Join MCI Group as a Collections Specialist and take charge of managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts. In this role, you will: Initiate collection efforts through effective communication including phone calls, emails, and letters. Accurately document all collection efforts while upholding confidentiality. Utilize skip-tracing tools to find and connect with customers. Negotiate favorable payment arrangements and settlements. Monitor payment plans to ensure timely payments are made. Review accounts for potential legal action as necessary. Continuously update and maintain accurate customer information in our database. Identify and report any issues or trends to management promptly.
