Required Skills: Valid active California RN license and CA DEA registrationCurrent BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsProven experience in anesthesia care, with at least 2 years of hospital clinical activity in anesthesiologyStrong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and perioperative careExcellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and efficiently in a clinical settingNice to Have Skills: Experience with outpatient and ambulatory surgery anesthesiaKnowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systemsAdditional certifications or training in pain management or subspecialtiesPrior experience working in surgery centers or outpatient facilitiesPreferred Education and Experience: Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse AnesthesiaMinimum of 2 years experience as a practicing CRNA in a hospital or outpatient settingFlexibility to cover at least two weeks or more per month, Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm, with guaranteed 8 hours daily and overtime after 8 hoursOther Requirements: Full compliance with licensure, certification, and credentialing processes, including updated CV and hospital privileges documentationAbility to start on or before August 1, 2026Willingness to adhere to travel-related reimbursements, including parking and approved rental car expensesCommitment to maintaining professional standards and participating in ongoing education as requiredThis role offers competitive pay at $1.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits such as weekly direct deposit pay, medical insurance, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
