Job Description:
Mission Support Assistant This project provides Program, Project, and Mission Support Services in support of facilities planning, construction, sustainment, and real property management initiatives nationwide. The team supports acquisition activities, financial tracking, facilities maintenance coordination, project oversight, reporting, and administrative operations to ensure successful execution of construction and infrastructure programs. The Mission Support Assistant supports PMO leadership by coordinating meetings, managing documentation, assisting with travel and task tracking, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: Serve as facilitator for meetings and working sessions, including agenda preparation, tracking action items, and distributing meeting minutes. Provide Sector Mission Support, assisting Facility and Infrastructure Managers, Facility Operations Managers, Project Managers, and CORs with contract-related tasks. Maintain contract files, organize documentation, and coordinate with Financial Management on payments and available balances. Maintain purchase logs for government credit cards and track available funding. Track and report data in government systems of record including TRIRIGA (or replacement systems). Develop and implement quality control processes for data accuracy and reporting. Prepare monthly Maintenance & Repair (M&R) Coordination and Reporting documentation outlining project status, cost, scope, and progress. Generate reports, QA/QC documentation, and maintain both electronic and physical files. Load and route documents in SharePoint, SAP, TRIRIGA, and other systems as required. Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, and administrative support activities. Assist management with documentation, scheduling, research, and analysis for special projects. Support cross-training efforts for new contractor personnel when requested.
