Day Shift Haul Unit Operator

What You'll Be Doing * Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials within the site * Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issues promptly * Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and site personnel * Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures * Support production goals by maintaining steady material flow across operations What Are We Looking For * Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment * Strong attention to safety, situational awareness, and operational detail * Dependable team contributor with clear communication skills * Ability to adapt to changing site priorities and work demands * Commitment to following policies, procedures, and safe work practices Conditions of Employment * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
