Key responsibilities include:Assessing and providing appropriate staffing based on departmental demand using tools to measure, track, and report processes Measured through productivity and management documentation Prioritizing employee safety and ensuring compliance with OSHA, Infection Control, and Environment of Care standards; providing staff training Measured through safety rounds, staff knowledge, and workers' compensation trends Ensuring timely completion of interviews and adherence to St. Mary's hiring procedures Measured by vacancy rate and time-to-fill Providing timely feedback to new hires through 90-day evaluations and completing annual performance reviews Measured by 100% on-time completion Assessing staff educational needs and developing structures to enhance knowledge, skills, and competencies Measured through competency documentation and education plans This role blends clinical leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to staff development to support safe, efficient, and family-centered care.What We OfferSt. Mary's provides a supportive environment where imaging professionals can grow, thrive, and make a meaningful impact.
