Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and play a vital role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care for a variety of endoscopic procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in a dynamic clinical environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures such as Upper Endoscopy (EGD), Colonoscopy, combined EGD/Colonoscopy, and Sigmoidoscopy. If you are passionate about providing exceptional anesthesia services and excel in fast-paced settings, this role is designed for you. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Your proficiency in anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and adherence to safety protocols will be critical in ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and communicate effectively with team members is essential. Required Skills: Valid CRNA certification and licensing Proven experience with anesthesia administration Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring Strong knowledge of sedation protocols and safety procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience in gastrointestinal or endoscopic procedures Familiarity with sedation for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, preferably in a procedural or outpatient setting Prior experience with endoscopic procedure anesthesia is advantageous Other Requirements: Availability to cover the following dates: March 23rd, April 3rd, July 3rd, and July 6th Must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications Ability to travel to assigned facilities if needed Willingness to adhere to all safety and professional guidelines This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with competitive benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, travel, and certifications where applicable.
