Your challengesWork together with internal and external stakeholders to make Eppendorf goods move throughout the world.Responsible for inbound and outbound shipment issues, such as BOL correction, accessorial charge approval, customer refusals, etc.Working with Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers and Carriers on Export shipments regarding booking export orders and setting up pickup appointments and delivery appointmentsCollaborate with internal departments ensure shipments move expeditiously and according to EAR and Customer documentation requirementsObtain and compare freight quotes for LTL, FTL or parcel shipmentsCreation of export documentation abiding by EAR - Commercial / Proforma Invoice, SLI, Letter of Credit processing, Export LicensesMaintain export files according to EAR and record the customer's requirements in the customer's fileAssist the Distribution team with routing guide questions, shipping system issues, etc.Your expertiseHigh school diploma; 2+ years related experience and/or training in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.Experience with international shipments and customs regulationsKnowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAPAttention to detailTeam mentalityYour benefits at EppendorfCompensation: $58k - $68k annual base salaryHybrid schedule, flexibilityCompetitive total rewards package including health, financial, and education benefitsDirect impact on business
