DescriptionJob Title:Food Service Equipment CleanerDepartment:International Food Court ComplexReports To:IFC ManagerStatus: SeasonalAge:16 years or olderSUMMARYThe primary purpose of a Food Service Equipment Cleaner is to clean varies types of kitchen equipment and maintain a clean workstation. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the IFC Manager.Park's operational summer hours are typically Sunday through Tuesday 12pm to 8pm and Wednesday through Saturday 12pm to 9pm. This position requires hours outside of operational hours. May be prior or after operation. During the parks season, evening and weekend hours are required. RESPONSIBILITIES Dismantling and cleaning gas grill and part Cleaning hood and filters above grill Cleaning fryers and changing oil Cleaning surrounding areas when necessary Cleaning tools and dish area used for job dutiesKEY COMPETENCIESCandidate should possess strong communication skills, high degree of integrity, positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to solve problemsCandidate should have the ability to build strong relationships with guests, provide a high level of guest service, and be an effective member of a teamExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyStrong customer service skills, both internal and externalMaintain a positive attitudeExceptional communication skills while relating to people in a friendly, professional mannerSelf-motivated; acts without needing directionsPerform cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean, safe work environmentThis job description describes the general nature of the duties and requirements of this job.
