Position Overview The Nursing Services Team Leader oversees daily operationsfor Med Surg and Emergency Services while ensuring safe, high-quality,patient-centered care. The role includes staff mentorship, performanceoversight, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. This position isideal for a nurse ready to expand leadership responsibilities and contribute toteam development and departmental performance. Responsibilities • Overseedaily clinical operations and ensure adherence to professional standards andregulatory requirements. • Mentorand support nursing staff through coaching, performance feedback, andprofessional development planning. • Analyzedepartmental metrics and implement action plans to improve quality, efficiency,and patient outcomes. • Supportbudget monitoring and maintain organized administrative and reporting process. • Partnerwith leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support patient flow, carecoordination, and operational effectiveness. Wage: $90,000 - $115,000 annual salary (compensation will be determined onqualifications and years of relevant managerial experience). EBCH provides this certification. • CALS:Must be obtained within two (2) years of hire; ongoing maintenance is required.EBCH provides this certification. o TNCC and ENPC may be supplemented asmeeting requirements for CALS; however, EBCH does not provide TNCC and ENPC. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor'sDegree in Nursing • Minimumthree (3) years of acute care hospital nursing experience • Priorleadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting • Experiencewith utilization review, case management, or regulatory compliance • Knowledgeof Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements Leadership Development Opportunity: We have a structured leadership development program for this position.
