If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy helping customers stay comfortable, and want to build a rewarding, long‐term career with a company that genuinely values its people, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for._____________________________________________________________________________________ResponsibilitiesHVAC System Installation, Maintenance & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential homesTroubleshooting & Diagnostics – Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC issues, including heating/cooling malfunctions, air quality issues, and system inefficienciesPreventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning systems, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionalityCustomer Interaction – Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and the overall status of their HVAC systemsSystem Efficiency – Recommend products and services to customers that will optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiencyRead & Interpret Technical Diagrams – Review blueprints and technical diagrams to install or troubleshoot HVAC systems properlyCode Compliance – Ensure all work follows national and local building codes and regulations for HVAC systemsRecord Keeping – Use Service Titan software to track repairs, maintenance, and service calls, ensuring accurate and detailed documentationSafety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols and ensure HVAC systems are functioning safely in accordance with industry standardsCustomer Service – Provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail and a professional attitudeQualificationsExperience – 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician or a similar roleCertifications – HVAC certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferredTechnical Expertise – Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and air quality equipmentService Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plusCommunication Skills – Strong communication skills to explain HVAC issues and solutions clearly to customersAttention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all codes and regulationsCustomer-Focused – A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitudeDriver's License – Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordBenefitsMedical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance – Comprehensive coverage with minimal out-of-pocket expensesDisability & Term Life Insurance – Financial security for you and your loved onesMatching 401(K) Benefits – Competitive retirement savings plan to help secure your futureOngoing Training & Development – Opportunities for continuous growth and skill enhancementPaid Holidays & PTO – Paid time off for holidays and generous paid time off for work-life balance_______________________________________________________________________________Join our team at Bruni & Campisi and become part of a company that values both its customers and employees.
