Administrative Assistant - Trademark Job Category: Customer Support Requisition Number: ADMIN003344 Location: Elmsford, NY 10523, USA Description Job Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic records) Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic data entry Coordinate meetings, service requests, and follow-ups Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Support service teams with administrative tasks Other duties as assigned Required Education/Experience: High school diploma (or GED) 3 years of experience in an office setting Competencies: Administrative office skills and experience Attention to detail and ability to work independently or with others Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Personal computer skills, strong typing ability, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
