The Contract Data Administrator reports to the Manager of Contract Administration along with Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrators. As a Contracts Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: Review and manage customer purchase orders, initiate sales orders, process returned material reports, sales quotes, etc. Interact with appropriate Moog disciplines to ensure that all contractual requirements are consistent with Moog's proposal. Ability to work in multiple customer portals. Delegation of Authority (DOA) review/approval retention (OE Production/CAM Sales, Supply Chain) Process delegation of Approvals for contract reviews using Teams (CAG wide) Other duties as assigned. Perform customer interaction in a professional, credible manner, to enhance Moog's opportunity for continued and increased business Requires the utmost confidentiality as applicable. To be considered for the Contracts Data Analyst role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Business Administration and/or Legal Studies. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, MRP systems, (SAP experience a plus) Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to interpret contractual language. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to quick changes in priorities. Ability to anticipate, identify and communicate issues while providing practical solution recommendations. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer-centric relationships.
