Warehouse Associate

The IT Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing information technology equipment within a warehouse or distribution environment. This role ensures accurate inventory management and timely shipment of IT hardware while maintaining quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming IT equipment such as computers, servers, monitors, and accessoriesAccurately record inventory using warehouse management systems or barcode scannersPick, pack, and ship customer or internal orders in a timely mannerLabel, tag, and track IT assets according to company proceduresPerform basic testing or inspection of hardware (if required)Maintain organized storage of equipment and suppliesAssist with loading and unloading shipmentsConduct routine inventory counts and auditsFollow all safety guidelines and warehouse proceduresKeep the work area clean and organizedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse or logistics experience is a plusBasic computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems, Microsoft Excel)Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment:Warehouse or distribution center settingRequires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periodsMay involve operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
