Director of People Services Vendor fee-$3500 Salary-$104000-$140000 Location- Elko, NV Overview This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt HR leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. The Director of People Services serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, overseeing all Human Resources operations while fostering a people-first culture across a 200+ employee hospital in rural Nevada. This role blends strategic HR leadership with operational oversight, labor relations, workforce planning, and culture development.
