RESPONSIBILITIES: Load units and merchandise onto trailers for shipmentScan merchandise prior to loading to ensure accuracy and accountabilityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentMaintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and storing materials and supplies; record inventory locationsLocate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on production ordersPrepare finished goods for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing productsPerform other duties as assignedCharacteristics and skills: Basic computer skillsUnderstanding of the product Good mechanical aptitudeSome experience in a manufacturing or delivery settingExcellent communication skillsAbility to collaborate with many different teams.Excellent planning skills, organizational skills, and attention to detailProblem-solving skillsQualificationsMust have a passion for safety, workplace organization and continuous improvement.High School Diploma or equivalentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs1+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentWork EnvironmentPhysical labor including loading, pushing, pulling, standing, and liftingRequires a high level of agilityAbility to work in extreme weather conditionsCODE OF ETHICS:LEER GROUP requires the highest standard of ethics in all business dealings, with customers, suppliers, advisors, employees, and authorities.
