Title: Processing Technician/Laboratory TechnicianLocation: Elk River, MN 55330Duration: 7 Months. 5/11/2026 to 12/31/2026Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.Occasionally Saturdays 1/2 days (once per month on average). Usually starts around 7am on Saturdays and done around 10:00 AM.Position OverviewResponsible for the daily management of laboratory samples and document retention systemsSupport the processing team in sample preparation and analysis of forage samplesWorking on Animal feed SampleReceiving sample organizing levelingEntry Level position, fresh graduate would be great fit.Sample grinding and Scanning is the part of this work.Ingredient samples that may contain potential allergens are handled routinely in this facilitySupport processing teams with sample processing and testing90 percent hands on lab work.Principle AccountabilitiesSupport processing teams with sample processing and testingTasks include but are not limited to sample grinding, NIR scanning, labeling, and weighingParticipate in lab housekeeping program and follow designated policyProactive focus on workplace safety and shows initiative to work safely and follow policyProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and associated toolsPosition CriteriaExperience:At least one year of relevant experience "” RequiredWork effectively within a team, with strong communication skills "” RequiredThe ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively "” Required
