This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the physical endurance to thrive in an active, ocean-based environment.Who We're Looking For:We're looking for an outgoing, dependable, and fun-loving captain with proven boating experience and a genuine love for the water. You must be confident navigating in various sea conditions and passionate about creating safe, memorable experiences for our guests.RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Valid 25+ Ton USCG License (Required)Proven experience operating commercial vesselsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong swimmer, comfortable assisting guests in the waterAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsPhysically able to handle long hours at sea and all sea conditionsNo current or previous spinal, neck, or back injuriesValid driver's license and reliable transportationAvailable to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)Able to work a minimum of 5 days per week, including early mornings and late afternoonsWhat You'll Do:Operate RHIB vessels safely and efficientlyDeliver exceptional guest experiences and interpretive commentaryCommunicate effectively with crew, guests, and managementSupport daily vessel upkeep and ensure safety procedures are followedContribute to a fun, team-oriented workplace culture
