We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and create outstanding guest experiences! Key Responsibilities: Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns and delivering exceptional service. Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance expectations. Maintain optimal staffing levels while cultivating a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability. Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness to ensure the highest standards are upheld. Drive profitability through effective inventory management and waste reduction strategies. Recruit, hire, train, and develop crew members and management staff. Communicate goals, expectations, and company standards clearly and effectively. Ensure compliance with cash control, safety, and operational guidelines. Implement local marketing initiatives to boost sales. Role Requirements: Completed Restaurant General Manager Readiness Checklist. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Valid Driver's License required. Demonstrate pride in every task accomplished. Bring an energetic and positive attitude to the team. Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, BOH technologies, and HRIS technology platforms. Ability to perform mathematical operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Problem-solving skills to address diverse situations with minimal supervision. Physical Demands: In this role, you will regularly need to: Stand, walk, talk, and hear to communicate and interact effectively with employees and guests. Handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms frequently. Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Have specific vision capabilities, including peripheral vision and focus adjustment. Occasionally be exposed to cooking fumes; moderate noise levels in the work environment.
