We don't just create denim"”we give it attitude, authenticity, and individuality.THE PURPOSE: The Senior Manager, FP&A, plays a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial alignment with business objectives. By leading key planning processes and enhancing reporting capabilities, this role helps shape the company's financial strategy and operational efficiency.THE ROLE (what you are accountable for): Lead the company's financial planning and analysis function, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planningOwn and manage the integrated financial model, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and supporting schedulesPartner with cross-functional leaders to align financial forecasts with business objectives and operational plansOversee capital expenditure planning and support stakeholders in achieving financial targetsManage and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast to support liquidity planningPrepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, including board decks and executive-level presentationsAnalyze budget vs. actual performance, identify key variances, and provide clear recommendations to leadershipDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, trends, and key driversProvide insights into sales, margin, and channel performance to inform business decisionsServe as a strategic partner to executive leadership, delivering timely analysis and actionable financial insightsCollaborate with Accounting to support month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial reportingDrive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytics, including automation and system enhancementsImplement best practices in data management and financial analysis to improve efficiency and scalabilityYOU ARE: A strategic and analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are driven to continuously improve processes and elevate the impact of finance within the organization.REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus8+ years of experience in FP&A or highly analytical roles (e.g., consulting, investment banking) with increasing responsibilityAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearlyStrong proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)Excellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in DTC, retail, or product-based industries preferredExposure to ecommerce, digital marketing, or distribution center finance is a plusADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
