Client Services Representative - Surgery Centers - Per Diem

The Client Service Representative provides office support at the front desk within the Ambulatory or Surgery Center setting. This position interacts with patients and families, as well as internal and external customers. The Representative also ensures the timely and organized scheduling of patient appointments, patient insurance information, enters client information into the computer, and provides accurate financial information to clients. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. LICENSE/ CERTIFICATION: EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting. Minimum 1 year insurance, CPT 4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
