The role involves overseeing the daily operations and management of homeowner association properties, maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and vendors, supervising property maintenance and improvements, and ensuring community guidelines and standards are upheld. This role requires hands-on involvement in addressing community needs, enforcing policies, and managing budgets, contracts, and administrative tasks for the HOA.QualificationsProperty management and community oversight experience, including vendor coordination and homeowner relationship managementProficiency in administrative tasks such as budget management, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate recordsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with homeowners, board members, and vendorsKnowledge of property maintenance, including familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsProblem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyExperience with QuickBooks and other accounting or administrative software is a plusReal estate, property management certification, or related experience is preferredAbility to work on-site and manage property-related responsibilities in the Edwards, CO area
