We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and relationship-focused Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive occupancy growth across our Independent Senior Living communities in the Puget Sound region. This leader will bring strong sales expertise, deep experience in senior living, and a proven record of building trust with prospects, families, and professional partners.The part-time Director of Sales will play a key role in shaping our sales strategy, expanding market presence, and strengthening the Stellar Living brand. Tuition reimbursement and ongoing learning opportunities are available.Work Perks: Depending on role and community you may receive free meals on shift, reduced-cost meals, on-demand pay (access to your wages as you earn them.), and a supporting, team-driven environmentKey ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership and StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that support occupancy and revenue goals for our Independent Senior Living communities.Lead targeted campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with Executive Directors and the broader sales team.Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.Lead Generation & Market DevelopmentCultivate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and community engagement.Build strong referral pipelines by nurturing relationships with professionals, organizations, and influencers in the senior care space.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demographic shifts to identify opportunities for growth.Relational Selling & Brand AdvancementNurture prospective residents and families through a trust‑based, hospitality‑driven sales approach.Represent the Stellar Living brand through tours, presentations, events, and community activities.Ensure all interactions reflect our standards of exceptional customer service and resident‑centered care.Systems, Processes & Team CollaborationImplement and optimize CRM utilization (Welcome Home), ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and account management.Partner closely with Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and corporate leadership to align messaging, marketing, and conversion strategies.Foster a culture of excellence, trust, accountability, and joy within the sales department and across the organization.QualificationsDemonstrated success in senior living sales leadership with a consistent record of achieving occupancy and sales goals.Strong proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with Welcome Home preferred.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategy.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead innovative marketing and sales initiatives that drive engagement and conversions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.Passion for serving older adults and promoting vibrant, life‑changing senior living communities.Who Thrives in This RoleThis role is ideal for an energetic, mission‑driven leader who is excited to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.
