Production Manager - Home Textiles Location: Edison, NJ Job Type: Direct Hire | 100% On-Site Compensation: $94,500 - $99,750 per year (based on experience) About the Company • Established organization within the home soft goods industry • Strong retail and wholesale partnerships • Collaborative, fast-paced environment • In-office team culture (5 days per week) Position Overview • Lead production operations for home textile product lines • Serve as key liaison between internal departments, retail partners, and international teams • Manage order fulfillment accuracy, cost controls, and margin performance • Support assortment planning and product execution from development through delivery Key Responsibilities • Oversee production timelines and ensure on-time order fulfillment • Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams on assortment building • Manage customer cost structures and margin optimization • Coordinate with overseas vendors and manufacturing partners • Ensure purchase order accuracy and production compliance • Monitor inventory flow and address supply chain challenges proactively • Maintain strong communication with major retail accounts Qualifications • Proven production management experience in home textiles strongly preferred • Experience working with major retail accounts such as Walmart highly desirable • Background in textile, soft goods, or related consumer products industries • Strong understanding of costing, margins, and retail pricing structures • Experience collaborating with international manufacturing teams • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environment Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Stable, long-term growth opportunity • Collaborative and team-oriented workplace
