Job DutiesRole SummaryK&M runs on EOS and is building disciplined people systems to keep the Right People in the Right Seats (RPRS) by confirming Core Values alignment and GWC (Get it/Want it/Capacity). This HR Manager role leads and scales recruiting, onboarding, performance, employee relations, and HR operations—while protecting the business with consistent, compliant documentation and execution.Key Responsibilities• Own full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes; use structured evaluation to confirm Core Values fit and GWC for every hire (RPRS focus).• Own onboarding and 30/60/90-day integration to accelerate safe, productive contribution and cultural alignment.• Partner with leaders on coaching, performance management, policy interpretation, and employee relations; drive fair, consistent documentation.• Lead progressive corrective action (including PIPs) and compliant separations; coordinate offboarding checklists and required documentation.• Administer HR operations and HRIS transactions/audits (hires, changes, promotions, compensation changes, terminations) and maintain accurate employee files.• Help integrate HR systems/HRIS into a cloud-based platform that spans the business; improve visibility and consistency across recruiting, onboarding, training tracking, and performance management.• Provide clear HR status updates and people metrics to leadership to support EOS reporting rhythms and accountability.Minimum Education Required• 3+ years HR management (or equivalent HR leadership) experience across the employee lifecycle.• Bilingual Spanish/English required (fluent verbal and written).• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, investigations/discipline, and documentation.• HRIS administration experience; experience supporting HR systems improvements/implementations (cloud) preferred.• Construction or similar field-based, safety-sensitive environment experience preferred.Minimum Experience Required3 yearsShiftFirst (Day)Number of Openings1Public Transportation AccessibleNoVeterans Encouraged to ApplyYesPhysical RequiredNoDrug Test RequiredYesCompensation$73,200.00 - $109,800.00 / AnnuallyAdditional CompensationAnnual IncentivePostal Code56128Place of WorkHybridRequisition ID7062Job TypeFull TimeJob BenefitsHealth Insurance, HSA, 401k, 401k match, life insurance, PTOApplication Email
