Loss Prevention Manager

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will lead a dedicated team focused on protecting the company’s valuable assets. This is an exciting opportunity to proactively prevent loss and manage shrink by overseeing various areas of the store for activities related to fraud, theft, and security. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Inspire and guide loss prevention associates to identify and mitigate sources of loss due to internal and external theft by providing training, coaching, and leading by example. Perform all essential duties of a loss prevention associate while achieving individual case goals. Evaluate and enhance the skills of team members to achieve department targets and minimize shrinkage. Offer constructive feedback to loss prevention associates based on case statistics. Devise and implement effective solutions to address challenges and alleviate loss. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. The expected base wage for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr, with eligibility for overtime.
