The role of a Style Consultant can provide you with theskills and experiencesof: Ourguestservice fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the storeRetail business fundamentalsincludingdepartment sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic visual merchandisingIndustry trendsincludingstyle,seasonality,and brand differentiationSet, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guestAs a Style Consultant, no two daysare ever the same, but a typical day willmostlikelyincludethe following responsibilities: Drive sales and deliver a guest readyfloorpadby executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings toassistthe guest as needed.Leverage store tools to understand sales,inventory ownership, &useto solve & support guest needs.Sort truck freight,pushfreightto thesalesfloor, andlocatemerchandisein the backroom based on business needs.Set visual presentations& visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.Maintain product availability and a fullfloorpadby executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity to create a guest readyfloorpad.Execute &maintainbackroom organization, inclusive oflocatingmerchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, & guest requests.Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for ourguest.Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, inclusive of signing execution.Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, andhelp guests.Support fulfillment and guest’s needs by ensuringmerchandisefrom the fitting roomand guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.Alwaysdemonstratea culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance.Work in a safe manner at all times;comply withall safety policies,best practices,and training;
