This role offers hands-on training in door assembly and woodworking techniques. You'll work as part of a team to build quality cabinet doors while developing valuable trade skills.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist with building cabinet doors in various stylesLearn to operate door-making equipment safelyCut and prepare door components to exact sizesAssemble doors ensuring proper fit and alignmentInstall hinges and prepare doors for hardwareSand and prepare doors for finishingPerform basic quality checks on completed doorsFollow instructions from lead builders and supervisorsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and wear required safety equipmentRequired Qualifications:Experience:No experience required - will trainBackground in construction, woodworking, or manufacturing is helpful but not requiredMust be willing to learn and follow instructionsSkills & Knowledge:Basic math skills (measuring and fractions helpful)Ability to use hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)Good attention to detailAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsReliable and punctualTeam player with positive attitudePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyStand for extended periods (8+ hours)Perform repetitive tasksWork in environments with dust and noiseWear appropriate safety equipment including hearing and eye protectionWhat We Offer:Paid on-the-job trainingOpportunity to learn valuable trade skillsCareer advancement opportunitiesDay and night shift options availablenqsLW2dGrF
