We're Hiring! Homeless Navigator / Targeted Case Manager Do you want a career where your work truly changes lives? Western Maine Community Action is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and organized Homeless Navigator / Targeted Case Manager to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness find stability, connect to resources, and move toward safe housing and independence. This position is perfect for someone who wants to combine direct client support, community outreach, and meaningful impact every day. Essential duties and responsibilities • Support individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability • Connect clients with housing, healthcare, food, fuel assistance, and community resources • Build strong partnerships with landlords, housing authorities, and service providers • Help clients identify their strengths and develop plans toward independence • Conduct outreach and community education • Maintain case documentation and program reporting • Represent WMCA in the community and at local events Every day is different - and every day you help someone move closer to stability.
