As a technician, you will be the key to providing outstanding customer experiences. You will receive comprehensive training to equip you to educate and connect families with our smart home technology during each home visit. Your Responsibilities: Perform installations and maintenance of DISH equipment and smart home products in customer residences. Guide customers on how to effectively use their technology while identifying opportunities for additional services. Maintain a tidy work environment and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently and communicating with your team. Schedule Flexibility: Availability to travel and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Must maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer-Centric Attitude: Build trust and provide an excellent customer experience. Problem-Solving Skills: Navigate various challenges effectively. Determination: Capable of working in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
