If you want to be part of an excellent, forward-thinking, and growing company, please apply today!The Clinical Therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, counseling, and supportive services for a diverse population in a fast-paced Mental Health Rehabilitative Core Service Agency.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct clinical assessments and create person-centered treatment plansProvide evidence-based psychotherapy for clients who present with various concerns such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment disordersContinually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments • Prepare discharge summariesAll other clinical tasks as assignedQualifications:Must show the ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.Ability to communicate with clients and to remain calm under stress.Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive interpersonal skills required.Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English is a plus but is not required.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree (required) in Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldMaster's degree(preferred) in Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldLicensed in the state of Pennsylvania (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) (required)Must be familiar or willing to be trained on EMR systemsTwo years minimum of direct-care clinical services with individuals with mental health diagnosesFee For ServiceMandatory Requirements:2-Step PPDPA State Background CheckChildLine Abuse ClearanceFBI Background CheckMandated reporter certificateCompany website: Measures is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
