The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.ResponsibilitiesLead and elevate the in-store client experience, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's standards and cultureExecute and manage all weekly product drops, launches, and high-traffic release days with strong operational organization and team leadershipManage, train, coach, and develop store teams to drive performance, accountability, and long-term growthMaintain and execute merchandising direction in alignment with brand standards and seasonal product storytellingOversee all back-of-house operations including inventory accuracy, replenishment, shipment processing, organization, and loss prevention awarenessEnsure smooth day-to-day store operations across scheduling, facilities, maintenance, vendor coordination, and operational complianceMaintain a clean, elevated, and highly organized store environment at all timesManage staffing levels, and scheduling to support peak business periods while maintaining operational efficiencyBuild strong relationships within the local market and community to support brand awareness and repeat clienteleLead by example with a hands-on approach, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and supporting the team during peak traffic and eventsQualificationsHigh school education or equivalent experience2+ years' store management experienceCustomer centric with a positive attitudeNOTE: Contract from May until October
